Labeled as Boston’s “Center of Gravity,” South Station Tower is already a downtown icon. The mixed-use structure rises 680 feet above New England’s most active transit hub and is an unmistakable addition to the Boston skyline.

One of our firm’s marquee projects, Feldman’s work at South Station dates back to 2006, when a comprehensive land title survey was required to secure funding for development. Over the years, the scope expanded to a full suite of services, including interior and exterior existing conditions, 3D laser scanning, subsurface utility location and modeling, automated monitoring, and construction layout of the tower’s core and shell.
